What is the shelf life?

Our beverages are alive and fresh. This means that Sol-ti must be kept refrigerated. Our Living Beverages have an average shelf life of 120 days, depending on the ingredients and pH of the specific beverage. Look for the date and lot code on the back of your bottle—it will be good through the end of that day.
