Proper Storage Tips for Sol-ti Living Beverages®

Sol-ti Living Beverages® are raw, unpasteurized, and full of vibrant nutrients—so keeping them properly chilled is key.

✅ Refrigeration Required

• Store at or below 41°F (5°C)
  This is the standard safe temperature for raw beverages. It helps maintain flavor, nutrient density, and product integrity.

• If your beverage has been left out for more than 2 hours, especially in warm environments, we recommend discarding it.

🚫 Do Not Freeze

• Just like water, Sol-ti expands when frozen. Since we bottle in glass, freezing can cause the bottles to crack or shatter.

• Never store your Sol-ti in the freezer—keep it chilled, not icy.

⚠️ If It Was Left Out…

• Our beverages may begin to ferment naturally when unrefrigerated, leading to unexpected fizz or a change in flavor.

• If the beverage smells sour, tastes off, or has any abnormal pressure buildup, it’s best to discard it.
